Simply open any email and click the “Create Task” button in the action bar.
A dialog will appear where you can set the task title, assignee, due date, priority, and
target project. The email body is automatically copied as the task description, and a link
back to the original email is preserved on the task for reference.
Pivlu automatically matches incoming and outgoing emails to CRM contacts based on their
email addresses. When a match is found, the email appears in the contact’s communication
history. You can also manually link an email to any contact or company if the automatic match
does not apply.
Yes. Templates can be marked as personal (visible only to you) or shared (available to
all team members). Shared templates are managed from a central library where admins can
create, edit, and organize templates into categories. Team members can insert any shared
template with one click.
Pivlu supports automation rules that can trigger actions based on email events. For example,
you can set up a rule to automatically create a task when an email from a VIP contact arrives,
or auto-link all emails from a specific domain to a CRM company. Rules are configured in the
Email Productivity settings panel.
Yes. When sending emails through Pivlu, you can enable read receipts and link tracking.
You will see when a recipient opens your email and which links they clicked. This data is
also logged on the CRM contact profile so your sales team can follow up at the right moment.
